Sign in with Host HQ and open Roll & Race. Connect your venue TV and enter the TV pairing code shown by the host.
Teams scan the current QR code or enter the phone join number at play.hostmyracenight.co.uk. Each team uses one phone.
Once the teams are ready, the host starts the race. Players pull and release the brass plunger on their phone while the room follows the horses on TV.
The phone join number and TV pairing code have different jobs. Use the TV code to connect the venue display; use the current QR or phone join number for teams.
If a team sees an expired-code message, ask them to use the current code or QR shown at the venue. An old saved QR can belong to an earlier game.
If a team changes phones, the host can reconnect that team from the host controls. Check the current race before resuming.
